Quality Manager (Pharma & Supplements) (Guadalajara)

As Birdman's Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the Total Quality Management (TQM) system, overseeing both Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) throughout the entire product lifecycle—from development to manufacturing. A key part of your responsibilities will include managing regulatory affairs and ensuring the successful implementation, renewal, and maintenance of critical certifications such as USDA Organic, FSSC22000, Kosher, and others. In addition, you will lead the Analytical Development Function, managing laboratory operations to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing methods, as well as raw material and product validation.
