Introduction
We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our RUPO Mexico Team in Irapuato, Gto. In this role, you will carry out quality activities within the Metso manufacturing plant and report to the Mexico Consumables Supply Chain Head.
Team
You will be part of a team dedicated to providing solutions, recommendations, and preventive actions that safeguard the safety of all Metso personnel.
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation, operation, and development of the quality assurance and standard ways of working.
- Manage and drive the feedback process (internal/external complaints) and continuous improvement down to root cause elimination and standardization.
- Facilitate the implementation of quality targets and action plans.
- Coordinate the network of quality professionals (e.g., Quality Engineers) in the region.
- Manage and ensure the competence of quality resources within the hub.
