The role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance operations for a US Healthcare account. This role is responsible for driving compliance, performance excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing a team of quality analysts and auditors.
The ideal candidate has strong auditing expertise, people management experience, and deep knowledge of US healthcare processes.
