Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Quality Manager.
**What you’ll do**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
1) Drive continuous improvement in quality and customer satisfaction through VGNA Process.
2) Directs the development and implementation of the plant’s quality control program. Insures that policies and procedures regarding all aspects of quality assurance and improvement are rigidly adhered to during all manufacturing processes. Includes assignments associated with developing and maintaining total quality systems as well as achieving formal certifications as required (EBEA, ISO/TS).
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
1. Develops policies and procedures to fulfill with customer requirements.
2. Promotes, Improves, and develops the Quality management system of the business.
3. Reviews, verifies, and approves 8D's to ensure effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions for customer and internal quality issues.
