Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Quality Manager.

PRIMARY FUNCTION :

• Drive continuous improvement in quality and customer satisfaction through VGNA Process.
• Direct the development and implementation of the plant’s quality control program. Insures that policies and procedures regarding all aspects of quality assurance and improvement are rigidly adhered to during all manufacturing processes. Includes assignments associated with developing and maintaining total quality systems as well as achieving formal certifications as required (EBEA, ISO/TS).

• Develops policies and procedures to fulfill customer requirements.
