Quality Leader — CI & Compliance Manager

Flowserve, S. de R.L. de C.V. (Mexico) is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead the Quality Group and drive continuous improvement across site quality performance. You will mentor QA teams, manage QMS compliance, and coordinate cross-functional audits to assure product quality and customer satisfaction.

You will champion ISO 9001 and related standards, collaborate with site leadership, and implement Lean/CI techniques to reduce defects and improve processes.
