ControlChem Canada is looking for a motivated, organized, and technically capable individual to join our Burlington team as a Quality & Laboratory Technician. This is an in‑person position within a collaborative and fast‑paced environment where quality, innovation, and teamwork are highly valued.

Overall Responsibilities

As the Quality & Laboratory Technician, you will represent ControlChem in a professional and positive manner in all interactions with staff, clients, vendors, and field personnel. After training, you will take ownership of daily analytical workflow while supporting product formulation, verification, documentation, and quality coordination activities.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys both hands‑on laboratory work and helping organize and drive technical projects forward.
