**Responsabilidades**:
Supervise the testing activities and ensure the technical competences of the laboratory technicians under his charge
Ensure the training of technicians and that testing activities performed in accordance with the appropriate regulations and internal quality procedures.
Responsible for the quality of test results, being an official signatory.
Responsible for the safety of the equipment in charge, must ensure that there aren´t unsafe conditions in the hydraulic laboratory.
Identify opportunities for improvement of the hydraulic performance of the products and share the results of the improvement proposals to the process responsible (USA Engineering, NPD, and Process).
Responsible for the review and validation of the internal technical process, as well as the maintenance and verification of inspection, measurement and test equipment and instruments (IMTE).
