• KPIs results of paint area: PPMs, SCRAP, top offenders.
• Tracking and validation of the material rejection disposition.
• Follow up of the actions plan identified by the multidiciplinary team based on KPIs.
• Improvements and maintenance of 5s rework, rejection and quality validation paint area Saltillo Legacy.
