Quality Inspection Coordinator

LOCATION: Owen Sound, Ontario

SHIFTS: Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

PAY: $60,000-$64,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection of components that are in process or completed in fabrication, including Saw/Burn/Bend, Weld, Machine Shop, Blast/Paint, or other sources as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Understand and interpret welding requirements and specifications from blueprints and drawings.
• Inspect welds through visual inspection and use of designated measuring tools.
• Sign off drawings as designated for visual inspection or complete and apply inspection tags.
• Identify where NDE requirements are required, perform NDE inspections, and coordinate repairs on non‑conforming components.
