Key Responsibilities
Assist and support overall Quality Management (QA & QC) initiatives across facilities management programs- .Monitor and perform QA/QC evaluations on contractors' works and services to maintain service delivery standards
- .Conduct thorough site inspections and review technical documentation to prepare and submit detailed QA/QC audit reports
- .Track, manage, and ensure the successful, timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- .Proactively identify and highlight major risks, red flags, and systemic issues to leadership
- .Provide necessary support during external audits to maintain strict compliance with contract requirements
