About the Role
As a Quality Executive at Mosaic Wellness, you will be at the frontline of ensuring that every product reaching our customers meets the highest standards of safety and quality. Working closely with our warehouse, supply chain, and quality teams, you will own incoming inspection, documentation, and compliance activities across our co-manufacturing network - helping build trust in every Man Matters, Little Joys, and Bodywise product that leaves our facilities. Key Responsibilities
Perform incoming quality inspection of finished goods received in the warehouse as per the approved sampling plan.
Review and monitor the daily Goods Receipt Note (GRN) report to ensure timely sample collection and coordination for quality inspection.
Maintain and organize quality documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and other quality records.
