Responsibilities
- Develop and implement interdepartmental and multifunctional/organizational relations to promote the requirements of the quality system (QSR).
- Influence the metrics of the quality system, such as corrective and preventive actions, training metrics, completion metrics, and resolution of complaints, NCR, etc.
- Manage quality systems, processes, and procedures to guarantee the quality and safety of the product in accordance with the quality system.
- Manage, lead, and/or assist in the resolution of non‑conformities and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead the development of new and better‑quality processes and streamline existing processes.
- Collaborate across all functions to improve processes and boost efficiency.
- Manage the operations quality control team to ensure goals are met.
