Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThis position is responsible for ensuring production meets quality standards and customers' requirements and establishes industry standards and enforce/document policies and procedures of the company.
- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
- Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality controls, AQL, Inspection Methods, Control Plans, APQP, and Lean Tools such as 5S, Kaizen & PDCA.
- Develop training to build quality awareness.
- Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
- Review FMEAs for each complaint received or tendency towards failure process, being able to produce a change or revision as required and the opportunity required.
- Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.
