Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit the QMS to ensure strict compliance with industry standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO9001).
• Oversee rigorous testing of incoming, in-process, and finished products against technical specs.
• Lead non-conformance investigations and execute CAPA to eliminate quality issues.
• Partner with production to optimize manufacturing workflows using data-driven insights (SPC, FMEA).
• Manage vendor performance and resolve customer quality inquiries or complaints efficiently.
