Quality Engineer (Machining & Die Cast)
We are looking for a hands‐on Quality Engineer with strong experience in machining and die cast manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate must be capable of supporting production, driving root cause analysis, leading corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with customer and internal quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support machining and die cast operations from a quality perspective
Lead problem‐solving activities and corrective actions
Perform dimensional analysis and interpretation of inspection results
Review and interpret CMM reports
Program and troubleshoot CMM equipment
Manage gage control and calibration systems
Maintain and support quality management system requirements
Support APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and PPAP activities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality performance
