Implement, prevent, and ensure the customer protection process, in terms of containment, product quality requirements, IATF ***** standards, and specific requirements, as well as the systematic improvement of quality indicators, in order to meet business objectives.
**Responsabilities**:
- Implement and/or ensure compliance with the necessary and/or innovative controls through the control plan and/or FMEA reviews, or other alternative methodologies for the systematic improvement of internal quality indicators, customer-related quality, and operational performance.
- Design, implement, and ensure preventive and inspection mechanisms through the use of statistical process tools to systematically identify and eliminate internal and customer-related quality risks.
