The location of the plant is Finsa III, Industrial Park, Que.ResponsibilitiesManage the progress quality problem solving on behalf of quality department, upgrade if necessary.Leading in problem solving (8D for claim /A3 for internal critical quality problems), drive 8D/A3 methodology to successfully get to the root cause and corrective planning in place.Leading in continuous improvement of quality area, like claim, FTT, process audit and measurement etc. to achieve and exceed quality targets.Effective communication, reporting and writing skills.Able to be competent for multiple tasks at the same time.Capture the ability to analyze key points in complex details.Collect/screen quality problems feedback on site and input them into the QRQC list.Determine and assign the person in charge of problem-solving according to different problems.Hold workshop QRQC meetings regularly and check in to ensure the p...
