Supports the different production departments in making quality‐related decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration of complaints from external and internal customers.Analysis of returns from Sister Plants, follow-up, and closure.Rework of products due to returns from Sister Plants.Administration of NCRs, follow-up, and closure.Keeps the Production Supervisor informed of quality issues.Generates weekly informational reports on quality status by department.Contacts and communicates any type of improvement or quality correction in the product or its components to our suppliers, other Franklin Electric plants, or corporate offices.Reviews the weekly publication of DPPM charts in productio...
