Oversee Corrective/Preventative Action System: - Manage the Corrective/Preventative Action Database - Ensure overall effectiveness of Correction Action process - Initiate internal or supplier corrective actions - Follow up to ensure effective and timely closure - Communicate findings and plans to internal and/or external customers Quality Management Representative: - Respond to customer and supplier quality concerns and inquiries promptly - Manage internal and external audits - Act as liaison for third party quality audits and customer audits Oversee audit system: - Perform internal and supplier audits - Interact with all departments regarding quality issues - Train internal auditors. Coach auditors during audits, assist with preparation when necessary using knowledge of company, ISO-9000 and customer requirements: audit findings, business and customer requirements etc.
