Oversee Corrective/Preventative Action System: Manage the Corrective/Preventative Action Database.
Ensure overall effectiveness of Correction Action process.
Initiate internal or supplier corrective actions.
Follow up to ensure effective and timely closure.
Communicate findings and plans to internal and/or external customers.
Quality Management Representative: Respond to customer and supplier quality concerns and inquiries promptly.
Manage internal and external audits.
Act as liaison for third party quality audits and customer audits.
Oversee audit system: Perform internal and supplier audits, interact with all departments regarding quality issues, and train internal auditors.
Coach auditors during audits, assist with preparation when necessary using knowledge of company, ISO-**** and customer requirements: audit findings, business and customer requirements, etc.
