As a Quality Engineer, you will drive product and process excellence by implementing robust quality standards, advanced tools, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead effective problem-solving through root cause analysis and risk mitigation, ensuring customer satisfaction, reducing the cost of poor quality, and enabling successful product launches while sustaining a high-performing quality system.
Position requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Advanced (fluent) English
- At least 3 years of experience in quality-related roles
- Experience in the automotive industry, in assembly or machining processes
- IATF *****:**** standard requirements
- Core Tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA)
- Six Sigma problem-solving tools
- GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with 8D methodology
