Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive quality improvements within cross‑functional teams (CFT)
- Support FAI reports for new product introductions and transfers
- Manage and follow up on customer complaints
- Act as the main point of contact for customers on quality‑related topics
- Approve documentation in systems such as PFS and Agile
- Support non‑conforming material management (MRB)
- Generate quality alerts and containment actions (purges) as needed
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues
