About the role
Supervises a team of entry to intermediate level Field Service professionals or supervisors of Field Service Technicians. Manages day-to-day priorities in solving client issues received by the team. Optimizes manpower and resources, responds to complaints of customers, and escalates key issues to senior management.

Shall be responsible to implement Client and execute Quality Control program in accordance with its quality management systems to satisfy the project requirements.
Oversee on-job quality control processes, including inspection of materials received from factories and suppliers to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
Shall be responsible in conducting Site End of line checks in accordance to checklist/submittal/specification and prepare report as per the findings.
