Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and continuously improve the quality system by analyzing manufacturing processes to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Collaborate in improving production line quality through data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety projects and guidelines.
- Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects scoped to the role.
- Promote 5S methodology in own work areas and with the team.
- Communicate customer objectives and requirements to the quality department.
- Comply with and enforce quality system specifications, communicating applicable standards to prevent nonconformities.
- Provide maintenance and coordination of MRB to monitor area inventory costs and minimize financial impact.
