Quality Engineer (NPI / Programme-Based) Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 + Bi-Annual Performance Bonus The Opportunity Winsearch are working in partnership with a well-established and growing aerospace / defence manufacturer to recruit a Quality Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and programme-based activity. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality Engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment, where you will play a key role in ensuring new products are introduced efficiently, compliantly, and right first time. You will work closely with Engineering, Production and Programmes teams, supporting the full lifecycle from concept through to production, ensuring all quality standards are achieved within a highly regulated environment.
