Responsibilities
- Safeguard and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System across all company operations.
- Customer Focus: Address and follow up on customer quality needs and requirements.
- Quality Leadership: Lead the company toward achieving zero defects, contain any process anomaly, prevent any impact that may destabilize quality, and implement permanent solutions using analytical and qualitative techniques (Quality Core Tools).
Bachelor's degree completed; Advanced English. Experience in Quality Core Tools.
Training & DevelopmentAll Corporate QAP (Quality Assurance Procedures) applicable to the position. All SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) of the Quality Management System applicable to the position. CCNs (Change Control Notifications).
