• Ensure the quality of processes and products in Optics & Connectivity projects, preferably focusing on fiber optics.
• Implement and maintain quality controls aligned with management systems (QMS).
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using tools such as 8 D, PDCA, and 5 W.
• Develop and implement inspection, validation, and testing plans for optical products.
• Actively support programs such as 5 S, EHS, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality.
