Quality Engineer (Cuautitlán)

What you’ll do

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible of defining the controls of the quality assurance process that ensure compliance with customer requirements, designs, and standards applicable to our products.

Essential Functions

• Responsible of lead root cause analysis since customer notification until de validation of effectiveness, including the core team.
• Validate the warranties and Quality Notifications according to External DPPM policy.
• Ensure the compliance of quality Key process indicators (DPPMs, IPPMs & Scrap) of their production area and the correct deploy to all functional areas.
• Define and coordinate scrap analysis projects for critical machines and/or top offenders using solving problem tools and achieve the correct implementation of systemic and preventive actions.
• Assure the correct scrap capture on SAP system.
