What you'll doPRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible of defining the controls of the quality assurance process that ensure compliance with customer requirements, designs, and standards applicable to our products.Essential FunctionsResponsible of lead root cause analysis since customer notification until de validation of effectiveness, including the core team.Validate the warranties and Quality Notifications according to External DPPM policy.Ensure the compliance of quality Key process indicators (DPPMs, IPPMs & Scrap) of their production area and the correct deploy to all functional areas.Define and coordinate scrap analysis projects for critical machines and/or top offenders using solving problem tools and achieve the correct implementation of systemic and preventive actions.Assure the correct scrap capture on SAP system.Manage daily follow up to IICN, including containment (material identification, selection and segregation), improve actions and deploy with production team.Specifies with m...
