Implement and support customer protection processes by ensuring compliance with containment actions, product quality requirements, IATF 16949 standards, and customer-specific requirements. Contribute to the improvement of quality indicators and operational performance to meet business objectives.
Responsabilities:
- Support the implementation and compliance of control plans, FMEAs, and other quality tools to maintain and improve internal and customer quality indicators.
- Apply and monitor preventive and inspection controls using statistical process tools to identify and mitigate quality risks in manufacturing processes.
- Participate in containment activities, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in response to internal and customer complaints (including warranties), ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
