Quality Engineer (Ciudad Juárez)

Responsibilities
Manage metrology equipment (CMM, VMM etc.), know how to create & execute program in CMM (MCOSMOS/PCDMIS hands‐on experience).
Manage calibration of equipment.
Strong experience in measurements of tool steel & hardness measurement of steel.
Solid experience with PPAP documentation (Interpretation of full layout, CPK & GRR).
Experience in manufacturing of injection molds.
Maintain constant communication with clients and residents to provide immediate support and responses to the customer.
Establish and implement departmental objectives, procedures & instructions, conferring with board members, organizational officials, and staff members as necessary.
Monitor customer performance & take actions.
Host External & Customer quality audits and take countermeasure in case of any finding.
Prepare and update quality reports & share with top management at defined interval.
