The quality function sits at the centre of that work. Testing isn't an afterthought bolted on at the end, it's built into how every squad ships.
 
About the role
 
You'll be a Quality Engineer embedded in an agile squad, reporting to the Program Test Manager and working day to day with QE Leads, engineers, BAs, product owners and designers. The job is to make sure quality is designed in from the acceptance criteria up, not inspected in at the end. You'll own test coverage across your squad's work and have real say over how quality is judged.
