The Advanced Quality Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability for Gentherm’s products, addressing all documentation necessary for launch projects.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Implement advanced quality planning methodologies to proactively identify and address potential quality issues in the product development phase.
- Collaborate with Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to integrate quality considerations into design and production processes.
- Implement tools and methodologies to identify, analyze, and prioritize risks throughout product development and manufacturing. <...
