We are looking for a Quality & EHS responsible to be part of our Mexico's staff team! In this role you will report directly to the Plant Operations Manager, to be able to coordinate the quality team and the respective department, that ensure the quality of products sent to our customers, monitoring and analyzing quality indicators, such as customer complaint rates, non-conformities, and rework, as well as implementing Integrated Quality Management Systems, conducting audits, certifications, analyzing data, identifying areas of improvement, and developing strategies to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. Also, you'll lead and monitor the handling of non-conformities and the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.
