Job DescriptionAs Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that process resolution is handled in strict adherence to quality systems, ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Understand specific client requirements related to APQP.
- Lead the execution of the 8D methodology.
- Coordinate containment operations at different locations, from the plant to the last customer-facing station.
- Monitor quality activities in the client's systems and portals.
- Develop the PPAP package.
- Lead quality meetings and prepare reports.
- Monitor APQP quality activities on client portals.
- Provide first-level contact with the client for complaints.
