Job Summary
The Quality Control (QC) Staff is responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in-process products, and finished noodle products meet the company's quality, food safety, and regulatory standards. The role performs inspections, laboratory testing, process verification, and GMP monitoring while supporting continuous improvement in product quality and manufacturing compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Ingredient Testing
- Inspect and test incoming raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials based on established quality specifications.
- Verify Certificates of Analysis (COA), supplier documentation, and material compliance.
- Accept or reject incoming materials based on quality standards and test results.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse regarding non-conforming materials.
