Betterteam is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to help maintain the quality and accuracy of our job verification process.
In this role, you will review work completed by our Client Verification Specialists to ensure customer accounts and job postings comply with our company policies and job board guidelines. Your goal is to help maintain a high standard of accuracy, consistency, and efficiency while providing constructive feedback that supports continuous improvement.
You will also monitor job distribution across major job boards to verify that approved jobs are published successfully. When issues arise, you'll investigate the cause, identify trends, and work with internal teams to resolve posting or distribution problems.
