Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Directs the activities of the quality control team, ensuring the team members work accurately and effectively to deliver quality parts to customers.
• Responsible for the quality of outgoing parts.
• Plans, coordinates, and directs the Quality Control program and related activities designed to ensure continuous production.
• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and adhering to quality systems, processes, policies, and procedures, for all quality assurance and training activities that promote compliance.
• Develops and implements Internal and external audit processes which ensure that all procedures are current and accurate.
• Responsible for leading, developing, coordinating, and administering training Programs which include on-boarding and ongoing training of personnel.
