Perform in-service, out-of-service, and on-stream inspections of above-ground storage tanks.

Assess tank condition in accordance with API 653 , API 650 , and client specifications.

Conduct detailed inspections of tank bottoms, shells, roofs, nozzles, annular plates, and foundations .

Evaluate corrosion, pitting, settlement, and mechanical damage.

Review inspection data, corrosion rates, and remaining life calculations.

Determine repair, alteration, and reconstruction requirements as per API 653.
