Responsibilities
- Certify and date all control points on Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Route Sheet.
- Perform on-site and field verifications and witness activities as required by inspection and testing documents.
- Verify that all required inspection activities are complete and the results are acceptable.
- Prepare History Docket and History File.
- Review and verify MTR and CMTR to meet code requirements.
- Perform detailed reviews of purchase order‑referenced codes, standards, technical specifications, and quality requirements before source surveillance.
