Responsibilities

• Ensure that receiving material is manufactured according to Candu Energy approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and purchase orders.
• Certify and date all control points on the ITP and Route Sheet.
• Perform on‑site and field verifications and witness activities required by the inspection and testing documents.
• Verify that all required inspection activities are complete and the results are acceptable.
• Prepare and maintain History Dockets and History Files as required.
• Review and verify MTR and CMTR in accordance with code requirements.
