Quality Control Engineer Job Responsibilities The prospective candidate will report to the Quality Manager and shall be familiar with quality systems and manufacturing processes, preferably with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment (HVAC, aerospace, automotive). The candidate must be a graduate of a technical college or hold a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Electrical, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering.
Job Duties
Conversant with product audits and process audits.
Prepare inspection standards and control plans for incoming parts as well as outgoing products.
Conversant with implementation and maintenance of ISO quality systems.
Experience with root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
Familiar with conventional and digital measuring instruments and metrology systems, and able to manage a Quality Lab.
