Quality Control Engineer Job Responsibilities

The prospective candidate will report to the Quality Manager and shall be familiar with quality systems and manufacturing processes, preferably with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment (HVAC, aerospace, automotive). The candidate must be a graduate of a technical college or hold a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Electrical, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering.

Job Duties

• Conversant with product audits and process audits.
• Prepare inspection standards and control plans for incoming parts as well as outgoing products.
• Conversant with implementation and maintenance of ISO quality systems.
• Experience with root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
• Familiar with conventional and digital measuring instruments and metrology systems, and able to manage a Quality Lab.
