The Quality Engineer is responsible for providing investigation and root cause analysis of product failures. Works closely with various Engineering functions (Reliability, Design, Manufacturing, etc) in a closed-loop, corrective-action process to improve product quality and reliability performance.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for working with cross‑functional groups to coordinate strategies for meeting customer’s requirements in all quality areas that also serve AE’s business needs.
- Failure analysis, root‑cause analysis, corrective and preventive action due to customer (internal‑external) complaints.
- Define, design, develop and implement SPC tools for assembly tools, manufacturing, and test fixtures.
