The Quality Engineer is responsible for providing investigation and root cause analysis of product failures. Works closely with various Engineering functions (Reliability, Design, Manufacturing, etc) in a closed-loop, corrective‑action process to improve product quality and reliability performance.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for working with cross-functional groups to coordinate strategies for meeting customers’ requirements in all quality areas that also serve business needs.
- Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, corrective and preventive action due to customer (internal‑external) complaints.
- Define, design, develop and implement SPC tools for assembly, manufacturing, and test fixtures.
- Establish, implement, and maintain the quality management system.
