Quality Control Engineer, Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (Aces)

DESCRIPTIONThe Quality Control Manager plays an essential role within AMZL ACES.This position is responsible for overseeing and executing quality assurance and control (QAQC) processes throughout the processes of a package in the Last Mile Operations.Key job responsibilities- Ensure that all Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's) are up to date and available in Policy 2.0 at all times.
- Standard Audit Tool (SAT) monthly coordination- Complete daily routines in the field of address data quality with the aim to improve delivery quality.
- Perform audits, assessments and deep dives of field processes and procedures.
- Use logical thinking, analytical & problem-solving skills to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Communicate any quality problems or concerns that are impacting the customer experience.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration or similar with continuous improvement methodology knowledge.
