Quality Control Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Assistant to join our team and support the quality assurance process for our luxury outerwear collections. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in textiles, garment production, and product quality. Working closely with our Quality Control team, you will assist with fabric and trim approvals, laboratory testing coordination, quality documentation, and supplier communications, helping to ensure our products meet the highest standards from development through production.

Some of what you’ll do:

• File approved fabric and trim standards and send the standards to overseas mills/factories/QC team.
• Maintain a bulk fabric/trim library by season.
• Maintain the down master chart, follow up with suppliers to submit necessary data on time.
• Answer any inquiries from 3rd party labs on a timely basis.
