Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager

Flowserve is seeking an engaged manager to lead the Quality Group, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with QMS, customer, and regulatory requirements. You will manage QA and Manufacturing Indirect QC teams, coordinate audits, and foster a culture of quality across the site.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and the application of Lean/CI tools to elevate product quality and customer satisfaction while maintaining operational throughput.
