Job Responsibilities
- Assist Quality Engineers in the development, continued completeness and accuracy of:
- Process Flow Chart
- PFMEA
- Control Plan
- Applicable quality inspection instructions
- Assist Quality Engineers in completing process capability studies, Gauge R&R activity, and other part related activities
- Review eRFX system and supplier CQI assessments to determine which suppliers have expired CQI assessments
- For suppliers missing a valid CQI assessment:
- Contact supplier by phone and by email to solicit CQI assessment
- Follow up frequently (daily basis) with supplier on status of CQI assessment
- Review submitted CQI assessment to confirm it is duly completed; verify assessment dates entered within eRFX and within electronic document are correct
